Dear Counsel:
Attorneys often ask me what kind of law I prefer.
There is a lot of law I DON’T like (tax law, water law…)
However, it is not really the law that I prefer, it’s the difference I can make for people in need that motivates me.
So, counsel, with gratitude and pride, I reflect on over thirty years of providing paralegal support services to California attorneys. I’ve worked in virtually every county, been to a large majority of metropolitan branches to assist attorneys in the courtroom and traveled all over California to attorney’s offices to prepare for trial.
However, my favorite services, my favorite kind of law? It is the one I provide at home. This special combination of statewide reach and heartfelt local focus has enabled the attorneys I support to deliver comprehensive legal services to multiple generations of families, fostering lasting relationships that strengthen the fabric of our community while meeting its evolving legal needs.
Throughout these enriching years, I've provided paralegal support services under attorney supervision for matters including family law and estate planning. It has been a privilege to witness families grow, change and restart, as get the help from my attorneys to navigate life's challenges. Each family’s unique journey has taught me precious lessons about the importance of compassion, clarity, and personalized service. These meaningful relationships, rooted in trust and familiarity, continue to inspire me to grow and improve in service to the attorneys I support.
Building on this cherished foundation, I assist attorneys across California while maintaining a deeply community-centered approach. I bring to the law offices a heartfelt recognition that each generation has evolving needs: from custody disputes to probates and from divorce to estate planning.
I pride myself in offering attorneys the paralegal support that thoughtfully embraces new technology while finding innovative ways to serve both attorneys and their clients more efficiently and compassionately.
I love to find attorneys who position their practices as steadfast partners across generations: family law to probate and everything in between.
While I continue to offer expertise in family law and civil litigation to attorneys, I have recently expanded assistance to attorneys who would like to provide estate planning services, a deeply personal area of law that touches every family. Estate planning remains vital for peace of mind, yet it is often overlooked. We can assist your law office with providing a well-rounded administrative and legal document preparation that addresses the circle of life issues in an Estate Plan.
I am up to date on the most current estate planning software that helps streamline the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. I regularly provide support to attorneys in trust funding documentation and help attorneys implement practical planning approaches for potential incapacity situations. The estate plans prepared in attorneys’ offices where I provided paralegal support have withstood the test of time, in and out of the courtroom.
Whether you have long-time clients or new clients considering legal services for the first time, we are here to help.
